They have reopened in 2021. They serve hot breakfast and lunch. I can't wait to come back and try that. I only got a coffee this morning. It was $2.50.
Reliably good, cheap, burgers & fries. Great prices and fast service. Not fancy - it's cafeteria style - but definitely worth considering for easy comfort food. They have other food as well but the burgers seem to be their strong suit.
I'm very pleased to see all the cooks wearing gloves. Wish more restaurants could do the same. For under $7, I give this place a 4/5. The only grievance I have is I wish they had more variety.

Quick, cheap and easy - the food that is. If you are near the courthouse or Fed bldg it's a great choice.
They have super lunch specials Monday - Friday. Great burgers and soups. Really nice sitting options that are well lit with natural light. They have a public restroom and are centrally located in downtown Minneapolis. This is a place to check out if you work and live downtown. Don't think you can drive there for lunch because parking is always hard downtown but it is skyway connected.
